We are all one

with brasa at usf

The Brazilian Student Association at the University of South Florida is invested in helping Brazilian students who wish to study here. We firmly believe that the opportunity to study abroad, in a university such as this, is extremely valuable and unique and our goal is to make it possible for more people to do so. We understand that getting here is not something that we did by ourselves and we are incredibly grateful for everyone that believed in us and helped us get where we are - our family members, our teachers, our friends - everything we’ve done so far is because of you.

Unfortunately, not everyone has the emotional and economic support that is needed to get there. For these people, we want to say that we are here for you. Our organization grew a lot in the last few months, we have been doing several different projects and events to help our students succeed socially, academically, and professionally. However, we have never had the ability to effectively help a student financially - until now.

We are proud to announce that the University of South Florida now has its first Scholarship designed especially for Brazilian Students. The “We Are All One with BRASA at USF” Scholarship was created by BRASA at USF Alumnus and Co-founder Felipe Guell in a partnership with BRASA at USF and its goal is to give financial aid to exceptional Brazilian Students who study at the University of South Florida.

This is our way to say thank you to everyone who helped us get here. This is our way to say to every Brazilian student who dreams of studying abroad that we believe in you and we want you to succeed. We are all one. We are every family, every teacher, every friend, and every student that has ever helped us. And we are here for you.
